Hannah Clement is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker with a strong foundation in trauma-informed care and a deep commitment to supporting individuals through life’s complexities.
With experience in outpatient therapy, school-based mental health, and community-based services, Hannah brings a well-rounded and compassionate approach to her clinical work.
She works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity development, and the impacts of trauma. Drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengthsbased approaches, Hannah tailors her care to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
Hannah strives to create a safe and affirming therapeutic space where clients feel supported, empowered, and heard.
She believes healing happens in relationship—and approaches each therapeutic partnership with warmth, collaboration, and deep respect for the client’s lived experience.
